Bringing summer to life with fresh ingredients
Ceres’ Table commends the tastes of summer with new additions to their cocktail menu, made available all summer long. Uniting fresh fruits with fine liquor, Ceres’ Table creates cocktail combinations that will ease customers into the summer mind set.
Changing pace with a summer cocktail menu, Ceres’ Table invites cocktail lovers to try new arrangements that will set the mood for a relaxing visit with a price of $9 each. Ceres’ Table’s summer drink menu introduces the flavors of the Sicilian Sun Mojito which brings prickly pear, house made marjoram syrup, lemon juice and Bacardi rum together. The Lavender Fizz offering a unique blend of meyer lemon juice, house made lavender syrup, Stoli vanilla vodka and soda. Enjoy a classic summer fruit with a Watermelon Margarita complete with Milagro Tequila, grand marnier, fresh watermelon juice, house made cilantro syrup and lime. Lastly, the menu presents the Orange Garden Cosmo which blends the tastes of orange Stoli, orange juice, lime juice, and house made tarragon.
In combination with Ceres’ Table summer cocktail menu, House Made Soda is also available at the price of $3. Customers can quench their thirst with a delightful mixed non-alcoholic beverage of meyer lemon-lavender, watermelon-cilantro, prickly pear-marjoram, orange-tarragon, and hibiscus.

3-COURSE PRIX FIXE MEAL
Beginning May 17, Ceres’ Table will offer a three course prix-fixe meal every Monday-Thursday for $35 per person, one glass of wine included. Adventurous diners are sure to love this special as guests can pick any one appetizer, entrée and dessert from Executive Chef Giuseppe Scurato’s tantalizing Spring Menu. A few menu favorites include: Artichokes and Mushrooms Salad, raw thinly sliced artichokes and mushrooms, arugula, shaved parmesan & lemon truffle vinaigrette ($10), Wild Striped Bass with Peruvian white beans, grilled frisee, baby carrots, sherry vinegar and thyme ($23). Make sure to save room for dessert which is created specially by pastry chef Leticia Zenteno. Try the forever refreshing Strawberry-Rhubarb treat with crispy oat topping and vanilla gelato ($5) which is guaranteed to pair perfectly with an array of Ceres’ Table’s beautiful Italian wines.
With spring in full bloom, Ceres’ Table is also offering alfresco dining for all guests. Whether diners are alone or in groups, they’re encouraged to take a little Italian getaway in Uptown’s most charming outdoor dining space.
